Master of the Court is a song released by Akuno-P on August 13, 2011 in the Evils Court album. It is part of the Four Endings series, serving as the leitmotif of the Master of the Court.
Plot
The story starts in Evil's Theater as the Master of the Court states that those who get through the Evil's Forest, as well as elude the Graveyard, will be sentenced to Hell in the theater's court. In the song, the Master of the Court explains how she came alive from the gears of the clocktower and inherited her father's will, with the court opening its doors soon. She expresses doubt about sentencing people to Hell as a means to get to "Utopia", lacking a conscience and the ability to understand the morality of her actions.
Later in the song, while singing her lullaby, the Gardener asserts that the end was near. The Master of the Court is unsure to believe his view or Ma's, and decides to continue to swing her hammer regardless. Feeling Irregular in her womb, she assures him that his time will come, telling him to sleep with her lullaby. Once more, she asks her father if what she is doing is the way of achieving "Utopia". Asking again for his instruction, the Master of the Court weakly demands her father help her.
Composition
Hatsune Miku's VOCALOID2 voicebank is used for duration of the song. Piano, bass guitar, electric guitar, and drums are used prolifically.
The song begins with an opening instrumental, which lasts until 0.33 when the first verse begins. At 0.58, the first pre-chorus begins, followed by the first chorus at 1.24. At 1.51, the same instrumental begins again, and at 2.02, the second verse begins, followed by the second pre-chorus at 2.28. The second chorus is sung at 2.54. A variation of the instrumental starts at 3.20, followed by a pre-chorus at 3.31. The final chorus begins at 3.46, which is repeated until 4.39. Afterwards, a variation of the chorus' instrumental plays. At 5.16, a piano melody is played until the song's end.

Conceptualization and Origin
- The song's English title, "Successor of the court", refers to her succeeding Gallerian, taking his mission and title upon herself to attempt reuniting with him.
Curiosities
- In Evils Court, the song is preceded by an instrumental titled "5 Minutes before Court", leading into the main song; combined with the instrumental, the song begins "court" after 5 minutes, when the Doll makes her final decision just before the final chorus.
- The Evils Court booklet lists that none were "accused", stating that the file was simply the Director Doll's monologue regarding the role she bears.[1]
- Later in the booklet, Gammon comments how Gear transferred the powers of the Marlon Spoon through the clock tower to heal her, giving her the vessels' powers; however, he notes she uses it meaninglessly in imitation of Gallerian, becoming a tool to sentence visitors to death.[2]
